Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Your privacy matters. This page explains, in plain language, what this website collects, what we do with it and who else sees it.
What we collect
Browsing this site does not require you to give us anything. When you send the form or finish one of the questionnaires, we receive:
- Your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to add one.
- The answers you picked in the questionnaire — the kind of accident, your coverage, whether you need help with the car repair, and which questionnaire you used.
- The message you write, if you write one.
- Your agreement to be contacted and your separate agreement to receive text messages, along with the exact wording you were shown, the language you read it in, and the date and time.
- Technical data any website receives: your IP address, your browser and device, and the pages you visited.
What we use it for
Only to do the job you asked us to do:
- Contact you about your request, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
- Review your case and coordinate your medical bills, your coverage and, if it applies, your vehicle repair.
- Keep a record of the consent you gave, which is what backs it up if it is ever questioned.
- Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Texts and calls
The text-message box is separate from the contact box on purpose: you are agreeing specifically to receive SMS from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time and we stop texting you; that does not cancel your case, and you can still reach us by phone. We never sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising. It is shared only with:
- The clinics, insurers and — if you have one — the attorney involved in your case, which is what coordinating your bills requires.
- The providers that make this site work: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (the anti-spam check on the form), Resend (delivers your request to our inbox) and GoHighLevel, the customer management system (CRM) where your request is stored and where we follow up on it.
- Google Analytics, if analytics is enabled, and only for aggregate traffic data.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Anti-spam check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells a person apart from a bot. To do that, Cloudflare receives a verification token and your IP address. It is what stops the form from being flooded, and it does not profile you or follow you around the web.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and the fonts and the video are served from our own servers, not from a third party. If web analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block them in your browser or with an extension; the site keeps working the same.
WhatsApp and phone calls
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation in WhatsApp with a message already written. From that moment the conversation also lives in WhatsApp, under its own terms and privacy policy. The same goes for a normal call: your phone company handles it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and your consent record while we are working on your case and for 7 years after it closes, which is the period our accounting and legal obligations require. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except for what we are required to keep during those 7 years.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop contacting you, by text, by phone or altogether.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to what you send us is limited to the people working on your case. No system is invulnerable, but we do not ask for more than we need: we never request your social security number, your bank details or your card on this website.
Minors
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If the person injured is a minor, a parent or guardian should contact us on their behalf.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top.
Contact
For anything about your information — access, correction, deletion, or to stop the texts — write to intake@medclaimpi.com and tell us the name and phone you used.
